Reception of the Languedoc Roussillon regional network of ŒNOFRANCE

This month, Œnochêne received the oenologists and laboratories of Languedoc Roussillon who distribute the wood for oenology of the range Oenoquercus (range Œnofrance), that we produce.

On the agenda of this meeting, a technical presentation of the range as well as the technical itineraries of wine making and maturing according to the grape variety and type of wine to be obtained.

And to finish, tasting of the wines vinified with these technical itineraries.
