Blends of wine making

The blends of wine making: fruity, volume, sweetness...

These are blends of oak chips, from different origins and toast, developed specifically for white wine musts, red wines or rosé wines depending on the grape variety.

Easy to use, they are used between 1 and 2 g/l on musts and during FA.

White Wines

It brings complexity to the wine as well as volume and sweetness on the palate.

On whites and reds from 2 to 6g/l

Easy to use, they can be used from 2 to 4 g/l on must, during FA and before FML.
