Blends of wine making

OUR PRODUCTS / WINEMAKING BLENDS

These are blends of oak chips, of different origins and toast, developed specifically for white wine musts, red wines or rosé wines depending on the grape variety.

Easy to use, they are used between 1 and 4 g/L on musts and during AF. These Blends will improve the quality of your grapes (reduction of vegetal, elimination of hard and dry tannins, increase of sweetness and fruitiness, stabilization of the color) to obtain more complex wines.
